Okay, have to say that I saw the date of Dean's birth and death dates and went, "Oh-ho!" Just like the attention to details like that is all. ;)
I think I remember reading this awhile back...the plot seems familiar, but there are a lot of death!fics floating around lately, too. I loved the ending on this, just how alone and almost, helpless, Sam is without Dean. Very good stuff. :)
